Beril Çetin’s work primarily focuses on banking and finance law, project finance and capital markets law. She advises both local and international lenders and borrowers on their loan transactions (including syndicated loan, secured and unsecured term loan facilities) and assists clients regarding all types of security agreements. She also participates in M&A transactions from the perspective of which financings and project financings.
Beril has been providing legal advice to Turkish banks, international banks and financial institutions on a wide range of banking and lending related regulatory matters.
Beril is also heavily active in capital markets law, both in equity and debt deals.
