Profile
Cem primarily focuses on banking and finance, project finance, and capital markets. He advises both local and international lenders and borrowers on their loan transactions and assists clients regarding all types of financing, project, and security documents. He also focuses on capital markets transactions, where he advises local and international bookrunners and companies on their bond and share issuances.
Cem is also active in private equity as well as local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, where he has been involved in buy-side and sell-side due diligence reviews and drafting of transaction documents.
Cem holds Capital Market Activities Level 3, Derivative Instruments, Corporate Governance Rating, Credit Rating, and Real Estate Appraisal licenses.
