Güneş’s practice focuses on providing legal consultancy relating to structured finance, banking and finance law, capital markets, securitization, project finance and loan transactions.
He has been actively involved in securitization projects and various structured finance transactions of local and international financial institutions including the first establishments of local covered bonds program, MTN program and mortgage covered bond program in Turkey.
He has significant experience in representing foreign and local banks, international financial institutions, and multinational companies in a variety of banking-finance related matters.
