Handan has extensive experience in capital markets. She has been involved in numerous initial public offerings and regularly advises publicly held companies regarding compliance issues in general, including corporate governance. She is also very experienced in regulatory compliance, including derivatives transactions, structuring of capital markets operations of foreign financial institutions in the Turkish market.
She has vast experience in projects, restructurings and loan transactions. Handan was involved in some of the landmark financial restructuring transactions of the Turkish market. She has also heavily advised investment and financial institutions regarding their investments in Turkey from corporate law and contracts law perspectives.
